EzStyle Expo 2025 – Participation Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing to participate in EzStyle Expo 2025. These Terms and Conditions clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties to ensure a smooth and professional exhibition experience.
【1. Eligibility】 - Exhibitors must be legally registered companies or brands, and all submitted information must be true, accurate, and complete. - EzStyle Expo reserves the right to screen and approve applications based on product category and quality.
【2. Product Requirements】 - All displayed products must comply with applicable laws and regulations, and must not infringe on intellectual property or include prohibited items. - Exhibitors are solely responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their products.
【3. Participation Methods】 - Exhibitors may choose to ship samples only, attend in person, or use a hybrid (online + offline) participation model. - Exhibitors must comply with timelines and delivery requirements as specified by the organizer.
【4. Fees and Payment】 - Participation fees and service details will be confirmed in the agreement or quotation provided by the organizer. - Exhibitors must complete payment within the specified timeframe.
【5. Sample Shipping and Handling】 - Exhibitors are responsible for securely packaging and timely shipping their samples to the designated location. - The organizer will manage samples with care but is not liable for loss or damage due to force majeure, shipping issues, or improper handling.
【6. Cancellation and Refund Policy】 - Exhibitors must notify the organizer in advance if they wish to cancel participation. Specific refund policies will follow the signed agreement. - The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to force majeure, with timely notification to exhibitors.
【7. Intellectual Property Statement】 - Exhibitors must ensure that their displayed products and materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. - Exhibitors bear full responsibility for any legal issues arising from infringement.
【8. Use of Information and Privacy】 - Information submitted by exhibitors will be used for event organization, communication, and follow-up services. - The organizer commits to protecting exhibitor privacy and will not share information without authorization.
【9. Disclaimer】 - The organizer strives to provide a safe, orderly, and effective exhibition experience but does not guarantee sales results or business success. - The organizer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from force majeure or event changes.
【10. Other】 - By submitting this application, the exhibitor acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms and conditions. - Any matters not covered herein may be discussed and agreed upon separately by both parties.

【5. 样品寄送与管理】
- 参展方应确保寄送样品包装完好,按时到达指定地点。
- 主办方将妥善管理展品,但不承担因不可抗力、运输、操作不当等造成的损坏或丢失责任。
【6. 取消与退款政策】
- 如需取消参展,参展方应提前通知主办方,具体退款政策将依据双方合同条款执行。
- 主办方如因不可抗力原因取消或调整展会,将提前通知参展方。
【7. 知识产权声明】
- 参展方应确保展示产品或资料不侵犯第三方知识产权。
- 因侵权引发的责任由参展方自行承担。
【8. 信息使用与隐私】
- 参展方提交的报名信息将用于展会组织、沟通和后续服务。
- 主办方承诺遵守隐私保护规定,不会未经授权泄露参展方信息。
【9. 免责声明】
- 主办方将尽力提供安全、有序、高效的参展体验,但不对参展方的销售结果或商业收益作任何保证。
- 对因不可抗力导致的展会调整、延期或取消,主办方不承担违约责任。
【10. 其他】
- 参展方提交申请即表示已阅读并同意本条款。
- 本条款未尽事宜,双方可另行协商。
